Flights

We are deeply appreciative of the time, money, and energy that our out-of-town guests are investing in our celebration! If you are flying in, you have a few different airports and transportation strategies from which to choose:

  • Our local Ithaca Airport offers direct flights to NYC, Detroit & Philadelphia on Delta, American & United. Local taxis are available to hotels within the area.
  • Syracuse Hancock International Airport offers many direct options on Air Canada, Allegiant, American, Delta, JetBlue & United. Rental cars are available, as the drive to Ithaca is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  • Rochester International Airport also offers many direct options on Air Canada, Allegiant, American, Delta, JetBlue, Southwest & United. The drive to Ithaca is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Accommodations

There are many options for lodging in Ithaca, including the following hotel recommendations, local bed & breakfasts as well as many home rentals. Accommodations are limited, so please make your reservations as soon as possible. Transportation will be provided too and from the wedding venue from the following approved hotels:

      • The Courtyard Marriott is close to the wedding and provides convenient access to the nearby airport.

    • Hilton Garden Inn, 130 E. Seneca Street, Ithaca, New York, 14850, USA. Phone: 1-607-277-8900.

      • The Hilton Garden Inn is on the Ithaca Commons, and under a mile from Cornell University. A great spot to stay while in Ithaca

    • ROOM BLOCK: Ramada Inn, 2310 N Triphammer Rd, Ithaca, NY 14850. Phone: 1-607-257-3100.

      • A room block is available at the Ramada Inn for wedding guests. Please use mention: Bitting/Nickitas Wedding Group to access reserved rooms at discounted prices.

  • SOLD OUT

    • The Homewood Suites by Hilton Ithaca is an all-suite hotel located near the wedding and the regional airport. This is a terrific place to stay for the wedding weekend.

    • The Hotel Ithaca is located in "the commons" in the heart of downtown Ithaca, close to shops & restaurants. Reference the "Bitting-Nickitas Wedding" for a 10% discount.

Child Care

  • Because of the nature of our venue and the style of the ceremony, we ask that all children remain at home during the ceremony and reception. We thank you so much for your understanding and look forward to spending quality time with your kids on another day! 
  • We are happy to help you arrange local babysitting services, however no formal childcare will be provided

Visit

Downtown Ithaca is the place to enjoy the best that upstate New York has to offer. Surrounded by waterfalls, lakes, and hiking trails, nowhere else in the region can you find such a wide variety of shops, restaurants, theaters, and historic architecture.
